I worked for Celonis as a product designer for over a year since 2022. I designed an end-to-end flow for Celonis EMS (Execution Management System) integrated marketplace and the partners page for partners to showcase their products, services and use cases. Through a few rounds of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, I delivered an end-to-end flow of the integrated marketplace, a partners landing page and worked with the platform experience Design Manager, PM and engineers to bring a product to launch. The result was a reduction of bounce rate, 74% increased in downloads in the first 9 days after launch.

After understanding the business's requirements and goals, I did competitors research on marketplace, partner page and created multiple wireframes. I ran user testing with a few participants and incorporated the feedback to refine the design. Subsequently, I created a high-fidelity prototype.

Understanding the user personas, their goals and their collected feedback from customers about their interaction on Celonis marketplace. For example, our persona Charlie is concern about the value provided for users. She tried to find ways to increase Apps and industries coverage to meet many business need.
